Australian critical technology manufacturer joins TCCA

Australian critical technology manufacturer RFI Technology Solutions has announced its membership of TCCA.

According to a statement, RFI describes itself as “a leader in wireless critical communications technologies for the public safety, government, utilities and carrier sectors”. The company’s technology focuses on mobile radio systems and can be found in thousands of LMR networks including high-performance antennas, system components and repeaters.

Speaking about joining the global representative body for critical communications, Steve Jaques, RFI executive director and founding shareholder, said: “The critical communications community is our largest customer base. In commencing an active participation in TCCA, we feel we can become even closer to these customers and others in the vendor community at a time when technological advances are driving change at a remarkable pace”.

RFI also serves major road, rail and infrastructure projects with full design and integration services for road applications including its Australian designed and manufactured digital repeater products.

TCCA CEO, Kevin Graham, added: ““RFI has a long history in the design, manufacturing and deployment of solutions to enhance wireless coverage for public safety and critical industries not only outdoors, but more importantly for in-building, confined space and underground locations such as mining, road and rail tunnels.
