Consort Digital acquires Inative Networks

Mission critical comms specialist Consort Digital has acquired Inative Networks, and its registered brand PRO ONE.

Discussing the move, a spokesperson said: “The acquisition - effective March 31 2025 - has received all necessary shareholder and regulatory approvals. It marks a significant milestone in Consort Digital’s strategic growth journey.

 

“With this acquisition, Consort Digital and PRO ONE are set to redefine the landscape of managed critical communications. [They will do this by] offering a fully integrated suite of solutions, spanning networks, platforms, devices, and applications, all under a unified service framework.

 

Discussing PRO ONE, the spokesperson said that it has “earned a strong reputation for delivering subscription-based narrowband communication services using TETRA and DMR technologies to major industrial and enterprise clients, including several prominent names across sectors.

 

Inative Networks has subsequently launched PRO ONE 2.0, which is described as a subscription-based MCX platform, powered by Consort Digital’s tech. It enables 'Push-to-X' (that is, voice, data and video) to “a range of mission-critical applications."
