Nedaa, a supplier of wireless communications systems in Dubai and North Emirates has been named as the exclusive wireless communications provider for the World Government Summit, which will take place on 8-10 February at the Madinat Jumeirah. The company will supply the event with mobile TETRA radios and a mobile base station.
The World Government Summit, will – in addition to an address by Barack Obama and sessions on the impact of new technologies on governments – feature a “Zombie Apocalypse Preparedness Live Demo”.
TETRA Today hopes that this is a theoretical exercise aimed at better understanding the effect of human behaviour on the spread of real-life diseases. If not, we are confident that TETRA will provide PPDR organisations with reliable communications before, during and after a zombie apocalypse.
