Białczak is now the contact for Hytera Group’s TETRA, DMR and LTE products and solutions in Poland, Hungary, Slovenia, Romania, Moldavia, Latvia and Lithuania. Białczak, a PMR specialist, has worked for 17 years in communications equipment sales. During that period, he worked as a business development manager for Sepura for more than three years and received its "Top Achiever" award in 2016. Polish is his native language, but he also speaks English and Russian. As the new sales director – Central & Eastern Europe for Hytera Mobilfunk he will be based in Poland, and will travel all over Eastern Europe to visit his customers.
